How can I return an item?
Returns
If you change your mind, you can return your order to us within 30 days from the date of delivery. This option is in addition to your legal rights as a consumer to return defective products. "What happens if I receive a defective item?" below:
In the event that you receive a defective product, you must report it within no more than 48 hours, from the date of delivery.
Once you inform us of the incident, we will proceed to collect the merchandise free of charge and return it to our facilities for checking.
After checking the incident, we will send another product that you should receive at your home within a period not exceeding 72 hours, counting from the entry into our facilities of the returned product.
If you wish to return the order or some of the items, please contact us. You must provide us with the following information:
Web order number
The complete address where we can pick up the items
A contact telephone number
Any other information regarding pick-up times, etc.
Below, we indicate which items can be returned and the return charges, if any.
To make the return effective, all products must be unopened and in their original packaging. Any manipulation or deterioration of the same, may cancel all or part of the return.
The costs of collection will be charged to the buyer, previously informing its cost and discounting, in case of acceptance, this amount of the corresponding credit to issue.
The original shipping costs of the order, if any, will not be refundable for purchases of less than 90 €.
In the same way, the initial shipping costs will be discounted, in case they have not been generated, for purchases over 90 €.
Refunds
Once received and checked in our facilities the returned order, we will proceed to refund the full amount, discounting the shipping and return costs generated, within a period not exceeding 72 hours. To carry out this procedure, it will be necessary to provide an account number to make the payment.
Is my invoice not sent with the order?
In all our shipments the invoice is included, in case of loss, you can request it by phone and we will resend it to your email.
